BIOGRAPHY
For more than two decades, Princess Monique Filmz has built a career across television, film, media, and mentorship, bringing bold vision, emotional truth, and cultural authenticity to every story she touches.
A Cleveland native and graduate of the Walt Disney/ABC Directing Program, Princess has directed acclaimed television including Greenleaf, Black-ish, Grand Crew, Our Kind of People, The Goldbergs, First Wives Club, Bunk’d, Run the World, BMF, and Clean Slate.
A Directors Guild of America director and former Co-Chair of the DGA African American Steering Committee, Princess has built a legacy that extends beyond the set as an award-winning filmmaker, author, speaker, mentor, producer, and founder of Princess Filmz Productions and Real Black Unicorns.
